Cosmopolitan - January, 2007
Hooray for a US Cosmo cover, finally! Cosmo is one of those magazines where the cover story usually doesn't get the biggest spread, so we only got 3 pictures out of this, but surely more will surface on the net. They were shot by Cliff Watts. I will put up the article as soon as I scan it!
Flaunt - #77, 2006
Finally- A fashion editorial in Flaunt! A gorgeous tribute to old hollywood glamor titled "Ode to Ionesco" was obviously inspired by being the face of Max Factor cosmetics. Photographed by Markus Klinko & Indrani. My scanner hates dark images, so these turned out a bit blotchy, forcing me to turn up the contrast. Please pick up this mag so you can see the real deal- hopefully some hi-res outtakes will show up!
Vegas - August, 2006
Whee- another Vegas cover! They obviously got the divorce news in time to print "Newly Single" on the cover, but of course they didn't get any new info durring the interview. They did manage to get some lovely photos, however, shot by Odette Sugerman. The article is small but pretty good.
OK! - August 7, 2006
     
This photoshoot was done for OK! at her and Daves Beverly Hills home. They were shot by Albert Ferreira and Michael Simon for Startraks Photo. Sorry about the rough scans (by todays standards, at least), but hopefully more hi-res images will pop up soon.
Self - August 2006
     
A "happiness" themed photo shoot for Self magazine is certianly a nice way for fans to see her at such a time. These photos were taken by Noe DeWitt, and hopefully more from the shoot will sneak up on the net. The article is quite nice as well. (Check out a cool behind the scenes diary on the shoot here.)
Loaded - March 2006
It's another Loaded cover- the third in less than a year. She must sell a lot of magazines in the UK! The same photographer took these, but thankfully they are a bit different. The poses seem like something you'd see in high fashion magazines rather than the mens mags, which is always a good thing.
Men's Fitness - November 2005
Carmen Electra is the most perfect alternative to a half naked dude! Even though she has her yellow-blonde hair which was done for Cheaper by the Dozen 2, she still looks gorgeous posing in her favorite lounging-at-home wear. The photos are by Frank W. Ockenfels 3.
InStyle - October 2005
This is the first time InStyle magazine has featured Carmen in a beauty story, and what a breath of fresh air it is! This shoot was all about hairstyles created by Ken Paves for Carmen's versatile lifestyle. The photographer was Antione Verglas.
Los Angeles - October 2005
Only two pictures of Carmen, including the cover. The theme of the photos and the one page article was Los Vegas! She's talked about Vegas so much lately- I thought it would have been nice if she talked about Los Angeles for a change! Haha. The photos are really cute (shot by Andrew Southam)- very similar to those 1998 calendar outtakes.
Loaded - September 2005
Many male fans would probably say this is the hottest shoot she's ever done. She's posing with Jordan, an extremely famous pinnup type from the UK. They aren't promoting anything together- the shoot was done simply to be hot. The layouts in Loaded are somewhat annoying because the editors get really crafty with the images, dangling limbs into the margins and stuff. We like nice clean 8x10's in the web world, but oh well... This shoot is by Gavin O'Neill as well.
Maxim - July 2005
There were actually 4 covers of the July Maxim. If you were a subscriber, you got the cover of Carmen with her feet up in the air. On the newsstands you had a choice of Carmen (the first cover pictured), Kelly Hu or Kim Smith. The package (if you were lucky enough to get it unopened) had posters of all three cover girls. The very cute military inspired photos were shot by Antoine Verglas.
Loaded - April 2005
Carmen had one of her most rique shoots yet for the April issue of the UK magazine, Loaded. The article mentions a funny story about how her PR guy gave them the big speech, "There will be no poles, naked breasts or nipple tassels in your Loaded shoot, OK?" But when she got to the shoot and looked over the clothes, she sqealed "Are those nipple tassels? They are so cute and sparkley! I love them, we gotta use them!" The photos are by Gavin O'Neill.
Instyle - April 2005
The Navarros show off their home in the March Instyle magazine. We already got to see most of it in their TDDUP show, they had added a bunch of finnishing touches since then. Of course we didn't get to see the master bedroom, because just as I suspected, Carmen won't let us see it because it's a disaster. The photos are by George Holz. I will scan the article as soon as possible- it's pretty good!
Item - March 2005
This is another one of those oversized magazines like Ocean Drive and Gotham- probably not the easiest to find. These magazines never have bra-and-panties shoots! It has a really good article and a few classy photos by Jack Guy.

Vegas - Winter 2005
Carmen is very recognizable on the cover of Vegas magazine, the winter issue. These photos, by Mark Liddell, are really dramatic and serious, which is always a welcome change from those mens magazine pictures. But these pics are so solemn, you can understand why they chose to use a pic from her Robert Ascroft Cosmo shoot for the cover.
